Goal # 1

Each goal must promote improved student performance and student academic achievement

Goal #1:

Silver Ridge Elementary will increase the percentage of students, k-6, who are at or above benchmark on the DIBELS/Acadience Reading assessments at the EOY, 2022 by 2%

 

Goal #1 Action Steps

1- Teachers in grades k-3 will all be trained in Reading Horizons and teachers in grades 4-6 will begin the training progress where beneficial to grade level teams. ($2500)

2- Classroom intervention aides will be trained in the Reading Horizons process. ($1000)

3- Reading Horizons materials will be placed in primary grade classrooms and in grades 4-6 where applicable. ($3500)

4- Grade level teams who have no members that have participated in the Solution Tree PLC conference will attend the conference in person. If still virtual we will wait until Fall of 2022. ($8000)

5- Purchase software programs to support reading instruction. ($1000)

6- Purchase reading materials (textbooks), as the population grows. ($2000)

Goal # 1 Measures of Success

Silver Ridge will look at BOY DIBELS/Acadience data for BOY and EOY to see if we are improving by 2%. We will also compare 2021 EOY data to see if we are improving over multiple years. Silver Ridge will also check if each action step was completed by identifying each as yes completed or no not completed and explanation as why.

Each goal must promote improved student performance and student academic achievement.

Goal #2

Silver Ridge Elementary will increase academic performance in language arts and math by 2% by supporting student academic growth, blended learning, safety and mental health issues by adding additional personnel and teacher planning time. 

 

Goal #2 Action Steps 

1- Silver Ridge will provide an aide to support reading and math interventions. ($16,750)

2- Silver Ridge will provide two DIBELS/ Acadience testing aides. ($16,750)

3- Silver Ridge will provide an aide to facilitate our fourth PLC rotation. ($10,100)

4- Silver Ridge will support their part of a Mental Health Specialist. ($3900)

5- Silver Ridge will provide personnel to staff our school crosswalk. ($2400)

6- Silver Ridge will provide one planning day for teachers to prepare for new blended learning technology. ($6000)

7- Silver Ridge will continue to support IXL. ($5000)

Goal # 2 Measures of Success:

Silver Ridge will measure progress by using DIBELS/Acadiance data from goal one. Silver Ridge will use grade level math benchmark testing to check for math progress comparing BOY data and EOY data looking for a 2% increase. Silver Ridge will also check if each action step was completed by identifying each as yes completed or no not completed and explanation as why.

Silver Ridge will continue to support school wide MTSS/ Behavior programs to reduce office referrals by 3%.

 

Goal #3 Action Step

1- Silver Ridge will support Panorama in grades 3-6. ($400)

2- Silver Ridge will continue to have MTSS signage for students in the school. ($1500)

3- Silver Ridge will continue to provide a school reward store for our MTSS program. ($1000)
