By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, sixty-three percent of Silver Ridge Elementary students will demonstrate typical, above typical, or well-above typical as measured by the Pathways of Progress Acadience Assessment. |
Goal #1 Action Steps
Classroom aide time will be funded to support teachers and students during math, and other instructional time to support goals 1 & 2 as needed. |

Goal # 1 Measures of Success
Include a description of how progress toward the goals will be measured.
Students in Kindergarten through 6th grades will be tested using the Acadience Reading Assessment. Acadience testing will also be used throughout the year to identify students reading at the Intensive, Strategic, or Benchmark levels and to monitor student progress. By tracking individual student growth throughout the year, the Acadience system will identify individual student growth as Well Below Typical, Below Typical, Typical, Above Typical, or Well Above Typical growth. |

By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, eighty percent of Silver Ridge Elementary students will show growth on their Math Student Growth Assessments (SGAs). |
Goal #2 Action Steps
Classroom aide time will be funded to support teachers and students during math, and other instructional time to support goals 1 & 2 as needed. |

An additional aide will be funded to support a fourth PLC rotation to increase collaboration time among teacher teams. |

Students in grades third through sixth will show growth in mental health awareness (Self-Management, Social Awareness, Grit, and Emotion Regulation) from beginning to end of year as measured by the Panorama student surveys. |
Goal #3 Action Step
Silver Ridge will fund a behavior aide who will support students in all areas including academics, attendance, and self-regulation. |

Silver Ridge will pay our portion of the Mental Health Specialist cost. Our Mental Health Specialist will support students individually and work with the staff to educate and support Trauma Informed Practices. |
