Review of Committee Roles
- Brian went over history and why of Community Council and Trustlands funding resources
- Brian shared funding amounts and how the council determines to spend the funds
- Brian explained emails that members have been receiving for the School Land Trust site
- We will begin working on the plan for next school year after winter break
- Required by law to meet 4 times per year

Review of Current Data
- Brian went over current data
- BOY Dibels data indicates the % of kids at benchmark by grade level (1st column)
- 3 year running average of BOY % of kids at benchmark by grade level (2nd column)
- Remaining columns of data shows data of progress for the same group of students over time by 1 year progression, 2 year progression, and 3 year progression
- Brian explained 5th grade drop due to benchmark expectations as compared among 5th to 6th grade
